Immune booster, anti-nausea, high potent antioxidant, great if you are prone to getting sick or feel the flu coming on. Only 10% of its blend is White Tea, which only contains 1-2% caffeine. A very low caffeine tea!
Note: Every cup of tea will provide you with 5% of your RDI of iron, add a slice of lemon to this tea to achieve an even higher absorption.
ORGANIC - EXTREMELY LOW CAFFEINE - VEGAN FRIENDLY - GLUTEN FREE
Directions
Bring fresh, cold water to boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea per person in a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes for desired taste. Best served without milk, hot or chilled.
