AutoDelivery - Terms and Conditions

By registering on the Site, you may elect to set up an AutoDelivery through your Account and have selected Healthylife Pharmacy products delivered to you on a recurring basis.

In setting up an AutoDelivery, you choose:

  1. The products to be delivered by AutoDelivery (to the extent those products are available for AutoDelivery at the time); and
  2. The frequency of the delivery of those products, provided that the frequency must be a selected number of weeks not less than 2 weeks and not more than 12 weeks.

Products ordered on this Site through AutoDelivery are done so in accordance with the broader site Terms and Conditions & Returns and Exchanges policies

Products ordered through AutoDelivery may be subject to a discount on the listed price of the product, the amount of any discount is to be set by Healthylife Pharmacy from time to time and may be subject to change. Healthylife Pharmacy reserves their rights to cancel or amend Auto Deliveries at any time. Healthylife Pharmacy will endeavour to notify customers of any changes as they arise. For clarity, changes to discounts and delivery arrangements will be notified where applicable by Healthylife Pharmacy. Healthylife Pharmacy is not required to make the notification of changes in advance.

You may cancel an AutoDelivery through your Account at any time provided that payment has not been processed for your next order. Where a payment for your next order has already been processed, you may apply for a refund by contacting customer service directly at care@healthylife.com.au.  

You authorise us to:  1. Charge the nominated payment method associated with your account, and 2. Allow us to recharge the nominated payment method in the event that initial payments fail. Should payment not be processed successfully, the AutoDelivery order will be paused by Healthylife Pharmacy, and no fulfilment will occur.

Shipping is offered on AutoDelivery in accordance with the Shipping and Returns policy.
