Oriental Botanicals Qi, is made with herbs used in Chinese medicine to help relieve PMS symptoms and to help relieve menstrual irregularity & period pain.
Among other things these tablets contain Cyperus, Dong Quai and peony.
The herb Dong Quai is used in traditional Chinese medicine to replenish the blood and to regulate the menstrual cycle. Additionally, it is also used to relieve period pain because of its blood nourishing qualities.
The Cyperus, is used in traditional Chinese medicine to ease menstrual pain and to relieve premenstrual tension (PMT) symptoms such as breast tenderness.

- In traditional Chinese medicine dong quai and bupleurum are traditionally used to ease symptoms of PMT
- White peony, bupleurum and cyperus are traditionally taken to relieve irregular periods in Chinese medicine
