What is Kefir?Kefir is a fermented milk drink that originated in the Caucasus Mountains of Far East Europe where it was used for centuries as a healthy drink and improved longevity.Why is Kefir good for you?Kefir is a source of beneficial bacteria and yeasts which help maintain a healthy digestive system. These include lactic acid bacteria like Lactobacillus, Lactococcus and Kefir yeasts.

Ingredients:

Lyophilised Kefir culture, maltodextrin.

Usage Directions:

For best results use a fresh unopened bottle of long life milk (containing lactose)Add 1 sachet to half a glass of milkEnsure the Kefir Powder is mixed in wellLeave the mixture for 24-36 hours, or until it sets, at room temperatureWhen it is set, you are then able to add 1L more long life milk. Incubate mixture overnight or until setRefrigerate for 24 hours before drinkingTo make 25 litres:Collect 1 glass of Kefir - this can be used for a subsequent inoculation of another 1L of milk. Repeat up to another 4 times to make 5L Kefir in total.Serve Kefir with your favourite fruit, or add a pinch of salt to add zest to the flavour.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

All products you buy from the Healthylife website are covered by the Healthylife Returns Policy.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
