Intuitive - there are 4 simple steps to create your desired combination: Turn the left key to choose the animal companion for the journey (the key also serves to select meditations, soft music tracks and nature sounds) / Turn the right key to choose where to travel / Choose the session duration (long or short) / Press play and the session begins!
