The abrasive rating or our formula (RDA) remains below 100, keeping it in a safe range for those with sensitive gums and receding issues.
Fluoride is added to most toothpastes as it assists in the remineralisation of teeth. Basically, when scratches and cracks appear in your teeth, Fluoride helps fill these cracks in before bacteria can cause tooth decay. There are alternatives to Fluoride with strong clinical evidence to do the same job as Fluoride. So instead of Calcium Fluoride, MooGoo uses Calcium Hydroxyapatite.
