John Plunketts SuperFade Original Cream 60ml

Description:

Superfade cream, by John Plunketts, is a pharmacy strength treatment that helps fade skin pigmentation, age spots & brown skin blemishes on the hands & body.

Age spots, freckles and brown skin blemishes occur when areas of excessive pigmentation cause irregular brown marks on the hands, arms, and décolletage.

The Cream contains a potent active ingredient, Hydroquinone (2%), that is used to fight pigmentation at the source. Hydroquinone is the gold standard in pigmentation fading. It works by disabling the damaged melanocyte deep in the skin that produces excess melanin which then forms the brown pigment on the surface of the skin.

Effective results are generally visible in 6 weeks with regular and consistent use of SuperFade.

SuperFade Cream and SuperFade Face Treatment Creams are the only non-prescription pharmacy medicines in Australia which contain the powerful active ingredient Hydroquinone.

Ingredients:

Hydroquinone 20mg/g, Salicylic Acid 15mg/g, Padimate 30mg/g

Chlorocresol 0.1% w/w as a preservative

Sulphites

 

Usage Directions:

Before commencing treatment, test for allergic reaction over 24 hours with small patch of cream on inside of upper arm.

Rub sparingly only into areas to be treated. Use only twice daily and at bedtime. After desired fading is obtained use only as necessary to maintain results.

Then apply your moisturiser or hand cream if you use one.

Avoid exposure to the sun. Use SPF 30+ sunscreen on any exposed areas.

Tip as suggested by dermatologists: if you have sensitive skin then start treatment at night only, using every second night for a week, then proceed to use every night for a week and then begin to use morning and night and as directed.

Warnings:

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If it goes into the eyes rinse thoroughly. Do not use if you are sensitive for any of the ingredients. Keep out of reach of children. If irritation occurs, stop using this product and seek medical advice. Use high protection sunscreen when exposed to sun.

Do not: Use on children, Use near the eyes, Exceed recommended dose.

Excessive or prolonged use should be avoided because darkening of the skin can occur.

Whilst using this product: Mild irritation may occur (mild stinging of treated skin; or - mild itching, dryness, redness, or other irritation). Stop use if it becomes severe.

Avoid exposure to the sun. Use SPF30+ sunscreen on any exposed areas.

Do not use this product and see your doctor immediately if: If a pigmented spot or mole has recently become darker, changed colour, become enlarged or itchy, or bleeds.

This product contains: Chlorocresol 0.1% w/w as a preservative, Sulphites.

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
