Carwari Organic Dark Agave Nectar is a 100% natural sweetener derived from the agave flowers of the native Mexican agave plant. It's mainly made up of fructose, with some glucose, water and carbohydrates for a high degree of sweetness.

Use it in agave recipes as an alternative to sugar for hot drinks, baking, cereals, and as a healthier topping for pancakes and other treats.

The difference between dark agave syrup and light agave syrup is the degree of processing and the effect on flavour. Carwari Dark Agave Nectar has a rich, deep flavour and dissolves quickly in cold liquids so it blends well with cold drinks.
