Ingredients:

Contains Wheat, Gluten, Sulphites, Milk & Soy. Manufactured in a facility that also processes Egg.

Usage Directions:

Add one 55g sachet of BioSlim VLCD Soup to 200mL of hot water. Do not use boiling water. 

Important: Pour contents of the packet into a mug. Add approximately 50mL of warm water and mix to form a thin paste. Add 150mL of hot water and stir until dissolved. 

Drink immediately. Once prepared, any unused portions of the BioSlim VLCD Soup should be discarded.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct sunlight.

Warnings:

Always read the label. Use as directed. Keep out of reach of children. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Vitamin and mineral supplements are not a replacement for a healthy diet. If symptoms persist please talk to your healthcare professional.

VLCD should not be used by people who have acute cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease (including unstable angina) kidney disease, liver disease, type 1 diabetes or severe psychological disturbances should not follow a VLCD.

Do not use during pregnancy or whilst breastfeeding. Not recommended for children under 18. Medical advice required for people over the age of 65.

How Do Returns & Refunds Work?

How We Handle Them:

Change of Mind

  • If you've had a change of mind about an item you have ordered, we'll need to receive it back to us unopened and unused, in the original packaging.

Faulty Item

  • If the item you have received is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of the product fault, alongside a photo if possible.

Allergic Reaction

  • In the rare instance you've had an allergic reaction to a product, please discontinue use of the product immediately. We may reach out for further information on the reaction.

Allergy returns must be less than 20% used upon arrival back to us.

Incorrect / Damaged Items

  • If you have received an item that isn't what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 7 days of delivery. 

Please don't dispose of the item without informing us.
