Usage Directions:
Follow the directions below based on your individual requirements. Mix with water or plant-based milk in a shaker or blend into smoothies. LOWER ACTIVITY: 1.25 scoops (30g) 20g protein/serve 30 minutes post-training in 350ml 16 serves/canister INTERMEDIATE ACTIVITY: 2 scoops (45g) 30g protein/serve 30 minutes post-training in 450ml 11 serves/canister RECOVERY: 2.25 scoops (52g) 35g protein/serve 30 minutes post-training in 500ml 9 serves/canister As recommended by an Accredited Sports Dietitian. Store below 25°C in a cool, dry and dark place.
