This program is temporarily unavailable as we undergo some changes. Stay tuned for an exciting new version, coming soon!
Packed with expert-backed advice
Are you experiencing abdominal pain, bloating, constipation and/or diarrhoea? Have you wondered what you can do to best manage these symptoms? While there is no one size fits all approach, there are some key questions and factors to think about to help you determine your next best steps when living with these symptoms.
You may have heard about how adapting to a low FODMAP diet in the short-term may help relieve some of these gut symptoms, commonly also referred to as irritable bowel syndrome. The manage your gut symptoms program is designed to help you determine if this therapeutic diet could work for you.
The program will direct you as required back to your health professional, to ensure you have the right diagnosis and advice, prior to embarking on a low FODMAP diet. It is not for everyone!
