## Description

Magnesium is known as a Macro nutrient as it is essential in large amounts to many of the body’s processes including muscle function.

This Magzorb product contains Magnesium Glycinate. This is an organic form of magnesium, and therefore has a better absorption rate when compared to other forms of magnesium.

This powder is also gentle on the stomach and less likely to cause an upset stomach.

It may be used for relief of mild muscle spasms & cramps.

## Directions for Use

Adults: Take 1 capsule two to three times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.
